Director Introduction

Hello, I am Emma McLaughlin, and I am the Director of ABLE 2 CARE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. I started this journey in 2023 as a support worker. Later, I saw the need for a company that can provide support services across Tasmania and Nationally in Australia, which I launched in 2024. I am passionate about providing care to people and watching them become confident in their abilities and improve their lives. I am also passionate about showing people places in Tasmania, taking people out on road trips, and exploring the many beautiful places of Tasmania. I have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, a Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Ageing, Home & Community) + Disability, and a Bachelor of Arts. I love traveling and sightseeing in my free time, doing water sports, listening to and playing music, writing, and reading.
